As an Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service, happy guests, and a motivated team. This is a hands-on role that blends team leadership, service excellence, and a commitment to the highest standards of food safety and guest care.
Key Responsibilities：
· Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining company standards.
· Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to deliver outstanding service.
· Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and quality.
· Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
· Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
· Assist with staff training, development, and onboarding.
· Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes.

What We’re Looking For：
· Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality (restaurant, bar, or similar) preferred.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Solid knowledge of food safety and industry best practices.
· Bartending experience is a plus but not essential.
· Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
· Driving licence (preferred).
Essential:
· Health & Safety Level 2
· Food safety Level 2
Desirable (but not essential)：
· First Aid Certification
· Fire Marshal/Warden Training
