Kitchen Manager
At Sanshun, the kitchen is the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a skilled and organised Kitchen Manager to oversee our back-of-house operations, ensuring our dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and care.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will supervise kitchen operations, lead the culinary team, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure our guests enjoy flawless dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service.
· Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
· Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
· Monitor stock, control costs, and manage supplier relationships.
· Maintain organisation and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
· Support menu development and consistency in dish presentation.

· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Essential:
· Food Hygiene Level 3 (or higher)
Desirable (but not essential):
· First Aid Certification
