As a Preparation Chef, you will support the smooth running of the kitchen, laying the foundation for exceptional dishes and helping maintain the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation in food preparation and storage areas.
· Uphold food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.
· Support kitchen team during service by ensuring readiness and consistency.
· Work flexibly as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For:
· Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not essential).
· Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
· Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Desirable (but not essential):
· Food Hygiene Level 2
· First Aid Certification
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
