As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and a positive, supportive environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence and company standards.

· Lead, inspire, and develop the team to deliver consistent hospitality.

· Manage budgets, costs, and performance targets.

· Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.

· Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism.

· Oversee training, scheduling, and performance management.

· Monitor stock levels and manage ordering effectively.

What We’re Looking For:


· Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

· Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

· A passion for people, service, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

· Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.

· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

· Driving licence (preferred).

Essential:


· First Aid Certification

· Fire Marshal/Warden Training

· Health & Safety Level 2

· Food Hygiene Level 3 (or higher)

· At least 5 years management experiences in dine-in restaurant business. (or higher)

Further training will be provided for the right candidate.
